Our physical bodies, mental cavities, chakras, and even our intestines are merely vessels within us, serving as conduits for energies to flow and operate. Even at the microscopic level, our cells are vessels, functioning as intricate vehicles for our operational energies. Now, imagine these vessels as cars. To utilize a car, we must occupy it, turn it on, and operate it intentionally. Similarly, our vessels require us to actively inhabit and govern them. However, we are not the only beings occupying our vessels. There exists an inconceivable magnitude of energies and entities moving in, acting through, and influencing us.
When we become disconnected from our vessels, we weaken the natural barriers that protect us from foreign energies and entities seeking entry. Our vessels, much like cells, have protective membranes that act as filtration systems, dictating what can and cannot pass through. Yet, just as animals are susceptible to parasites, we too are vulnerable- both physically and spiritually.

These "parasites" are energies or entities that attach themselves to our vessels, using them as a household. They infiltrate and influence our minds and bodies, often leading us to believe we are operating independently as they facilitate self-sabotage and destruction, manipulating our behaviors to create a viable vessels that permits conditions they can thrive and survive in. This manifests as a lack of impulse control, irrational thinking, reckless emotions, and misdirection of our energy. This parasitic connection is completed through a process of internalization.
Internalize- to make attitudes or behaviors a part one's nature through learning or unconscious assimilation.
Assimilation- the absorption and digestion of nutrients, ideas, or energies by a system. It is both the process of becoming similar to something and fully understanding or integrating it.
Through unconscious assimilation, foreign energies or entities can subtly embed themselves within us. The question then arises: How do we regain control of our vessels?

Reconstruction
Reclaiming sovereignty over our vessels involves a deliberate multi-step process:
Identification. When our minds our idle, we must make note of how we respond to stimuli based on our thoughts, behaviors, and reactions. This awareness is the foundation of the process.
Cleansing. Begin the cleansing process by purifying and maintaining hygiene across all dimensions; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Purify any energies, entities, or parasites that are misaligned with the desired result.
Banishment and Exile. After identifying these foreign energies and entities, we must actively banish and exile them. Once your vessel is cleared, it becomes an empty vehicle ready for reoccupation.
Reoccupation. To prevent other entities from taking over, we must actively inhabit our vessels. Becoming active participants in our lives, consciously guiding our thoughts, behaviors, and actions; manually controlling the functions of our vessels until it is aligned with our desired state. This is when the proper energies can inhabit our vessel, facilitating growth and purpose.
Fortification. Finally, we must protect our vessel by repairing and strengthening its filtration system. This involves fortifying our boundaries, ensuring only energies we consent to are allowed entry. With a strong energetic membrane, we can detect and repel intrusions before they take hold.

By observing the process we can understand why many spiritualists choose to adopt veganism. Plant cells are uniquely equipped with not one but two filtration systems: a cell membrane and a cell wall. The cell wall is a solid, protective structure that maintains the cell and acts as an additional barrier, preventing external influences from infiltrating the cell. When we consume plants, we embody their energy and inherit its structural wisdom. By integrating the energy of plants, we are encoded with and erect a protective barrier around ourselves that fortifies our vessel against intrusive forces. In this way, plants become more than nourishment; they become allies in safeguarding our spiritual and energetic well-being.

This is not a singular process but a continuous practice. The Universe operates through patterns- a repeated design that gives a regular and intelligible form to all things. Like a river carving its path through the land, it takes constant and consistent effort to redirect the current of our energy, therefore our lives. Commitment to this journey facilitates mastery, protection, and alignment with energies that truly serve the ecosystem.

I am not going to give myself a hard time
Even if I'm not 100% at my health and body goals I did a lot for myself this year.
I started fasting, went on an anti-inflammatory and low glycemic diet, I eat way less sugar (this is a big one as someone who used to eat a lot of sugar and junk to cope with my emotions), I walk regularly, I stopped drinking a lot of coffee, and now I'm doing pilates.
I am doing other health stuff like taking my supplements, nutrient support, gut health support, allergy shots for my skin, and eventually stress relief. But I've done a lot of the basic stuff mostly surrounding diet because it is such a big one and I've always struggled with my diet and even my weight.
This is one health goal I want to keep consistent. I would way rather have some eczema than have a poor diet and metabolic disease.

I collect experiences. Dabbled with stuff ranging from homemade chloroform to Amanita Muscaria to kratom to mad honey. One of those experiences was trying nutmeg. I grated one into water and drank it.
3-4 hours nothing happened. Then fever, sweats, headache, nausea and auditory hallucinations. Like, full on conversations with people who weren’t there.
I’ve been extremely ill with the flu before. And this was a similar experience. Only difference was it lasted about 18 hours rather than a few days.
Extremely unpleasant, no redeeming features, headaches for the following 2 days. Cannot recommend.
The only 2 of those above I wouldn’t have called unpleasant were the Mushrooms and Honey. Mushrooms were just like 3-4 hours of drooling on myself and some mild auditory hallucinations.
The honey was just some lip tingling and mild euphoria for a few hours.
None are really worth it over conventional drugs.
